Japan Amusement Expo (JAEPO) is the leading exhibition for amusement and entertainment industry in Japan.

In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, please be aware of the following points when visiting the event.

  • ●Visitors from overseas must meet the requirements for entry into Japan before coming to the exhibition.
  • ●Admission tickets are required in advance (no same-day tickets will be sold at the venue).
    Business visitors are required to pre-register with the pre-registration ticket sent by exhibitors.
    The general public is required to purchase a timed admission ticket with a maximum capacity at each time slot in order to avoid concentration of visitors and to encourage dispersed attendance.
    Elementary school students and younger are free all day, but free tickets must be booked in advance.
  • ●If you are not feeling well, please refrain from coming to the event.
    Admission will be denied to those who fall under any of the following categories.
    − Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
    − Persons with symptoms such as cough, sore throat, breathlessness, etc.
    − If you are known to have been a person in concentrated contact with novel coronavirus infection within the past 5 days.
    − Other persons who are not in good physical condition.
  • ●Please take your temperature and sanitize your hands before entering.
  • ●We will confirm that you are wearing a mask. It will be not allowed to enter the event those who do not wear a mask.
  • ●Please take infection control measures such as cough etiquette, wearing masks, washing hands, and disinfecting hands at the venue.
  • ●Please avoid loud conversations and ensure social distancing in the venue.

*We reserve the right to modify or change the content based on the guidelines at that time if circumstances change in the future.

*No same-day tickets will be sold at the venue.
